MY ANGEL 1st February 2013

My son was a wonderful young man who loved to help others, I guess you could say he had a heart of gold! He could always make me laugh or smile even when I was boiling mad at him! I loved how you wouldn't apologize for being the person you were and for what you wanted in life and where you were going in life. You stood your ground and you were proud of yourself and I always like that about you. You were being Chris and that's all that mattered. It was my job as your mother to do my best to guide you through life and the moments that were to come. If everything would have come easy to you, you would be ill-prepared for the "real world." I always reminded you that life would not come easy. I had dreams for you to follow that only you could do for yourself. I wanted you to follow your dreams in whatever made you happy. I wanted you to be proud of your family and for you to always treasure them which you did my son. You were loyal to your friends until the end. I always wanted you to face your fears head on and to embrace them and allow them to make you stronger. I loved how you loved your job and the pride you took in your job. I always told you to respect your job because it showed others who you really are. I loved the passion you had for your life and that you lived it to the fullest. All I wanted for you was to enjoy every single day and to find something that made your happy. What matters is that you spent a portion of each day smiling and laughing. How I wished I could have been there more for the moments that mattered the most to you for me to have kept you on track. Christopher, you are what bliss looks like in a son. I would melt when you would say you loved me & that you were never going to leave me.I will always love you and miss and I will always celebrate your life until it is my time to join you in Heaven. Always Remembered and Never Forgotten... Love you always, Momma
